The Bill (Reg.№3240) envisages adding to the current Law articles 5 and 41 according to which the city councils of the cities with the regional division are given the authority to form regional in cities administrations in case the regional in city councils are not formed the boundaries of the authority should be implemented the same as the order of formation, structure quantity etc.
The City councils with the regional divisions having their constitutional right to implement authority re organizing the management for the regions in cities can be authorized to form the bodies in the regions of cities that will correspond to the main Law of Ukraine.
